Policy

Bounce House & Props Policy: No food or drink. No sharp objects. No shoes. No glitter, paint, or any substance that will discolor or damage the rented bounce house or any other materials shall be allowed nor allowed. Miscellaneous materials are under the same accordance.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancelation, ALL DEPOSITES ARE NONREFUNDABLE AFTER BOOKING. Rescheduling is offered if notification of cancelation is at least 5 days before your event.
Late Fee Policy: At the time of pick up, all children must be out of the play area and all items such as play balls must be returned to play area. There must be a clear pathway free of vehicles to ensure a successful pick up of all items. If any things listed above occur, renter is subject to a $50.00 late fee.
Weather Policy: If cancelation is due to weather, rescheduling is allowed based on availability. 48 hour notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 reloading fee.
Additional Fees: Locations 20 plus miles outside of central Little Rock area will include a $0.655 per mile travel fee per additional mile.
